Epic net loss shrinks to $281,220 in February; zero revenue reported

Pittsburgh, March 20 – Epic Cos., LLC reported a $281,220 net loss for February on zero revenue, according to its monthly operating report filed Thursday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas.

In comparison, Epic posted a $32.87 million net loss for January on $192,135 in revenue.

January’s net loss included $31.2 million in total interest depreciation and other items and $30.67 million in “other” expenses.

In addition, the company listed $2.99 million in cash as of Feb. 29, down from $3.42 million at the end of January.

Epic is a Houston-based full-service provider to the global decommissioning, installation and maintenance markets. The company filed bankruptcy on Aug. 26, 2019 under Chapter 11 case number 19-34752.
