Los Angeles, Aug. 29 – Agder Energi AS priced an upsized NOK 400 million of seven-year bonds on Thursday, according to a news release.
The coupon rate is Nibor plus 75 basis points.
Agder said the bond issue was well received by investors and, as a result, was increased from the originally announced NOK 300 million.
The borrowing limit is set to NOK 1 billion, according to the release.
DNB Markets acted as arranger.
The hydroelectric power company is based in Kristiansand, Norway.
