Agder Energi may issue five- to seven-year floating-rate bonds

Los Angeles, Aug. 28 – Agder Energi AS is considering one or more senior bond issues totaling up to NOK 300 million, according to a notice.

The floating-rate bonds will have tenors of five to seven years.

Agder Energi has mandated DNB Markets to arrange the proposed issuance.

The hydroelectric power company is based in Kristiansand, Norway.
