Fubon Hyundai Life Insurance eyes up to KRW 300 billion bonds

Buffalo, N.Y., Feb. 15 – Fubon Financial Holding Co. announced that Fubon Hyundai Life Insurance Co. plans to issue up to KRW 300 billion of subordinated bonds in one or more tranches with maturities of up to 10 years.

The maximum coupon rate will be 5˝%.

Woori Bank will serve as the paying agent for principal and interest.

Proceeds will be used to strengthen the company’s financial structure and to meet its business plan requirements.

Fubon Financial is a financial services company based in Taipei, Taiwan.
