Tinuiti gets new credit facility for refinancing and growth

New York, Aug. 22 – Tinuiti got a new senior secured credit facility that is being used to refinance existing debt and provide additional capital to support growth, according to a news release.

Antares acted as the sole lead arranger on the deal and is the administrative agent.

Tinuiti, a portfolio company of Denver-based Mountaingate Capital, is a data-driven digital marketing agency.
