Orbita Funding 2016-1 to redeem all £67.6 million asset-backed notes

Olympia, Wash., Aug. 14 – Orbita Funding 2016-1 plc notified holders that it will redeem all £67.6 million subordinated asset-backed fixed-rate notes due 2023 on Sept. 16.

The notes will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest up to but excluding the redemption date, according to a notice filed with the London Stock Exchange.
