China’s Zhongliang cancels repurchased 11˝% notes due 2021

Chicago, Sept. 7 – Zhongliang Holdings Group Co. Ltd. announced the cancellation of $79.8 million of its September 2021 notes, according to a notice.

The company had been making steady repurchases of the notes and had left it to the discretion of the company’s board whether to cancel the notes.

Following the cancellation, there are $320.2 million of the notes, or 80.05% of the notes, outstanding.

Zhongliang is a residential property management company based in Shanghai.
