China’s Zhongliang buys back more 11½% senior notes due 2021

mngeles, July 27 – Zhongliang Holdings Group Co. Ltd. conducted further buybacks of its 11½% senior notes due September 2021, according to a company announcement.

The company repurchased $6 million of the 11½% notes in the open market between July 26 and July 27.

As recently as Monday, the company announced similar buybacks of the September 2021 notes as well as its 9½% notes due July 2022. Last week the company announced repurchases of the September 2021 and July 2022 notes along with its 8½% notes due May 2022.

The company said it still intends, when appropriate and market conditions are right, to purchase additional notes.

Zhongliang is a residential property management company based in Shanghai.
