Los Angeles, July 26 – China’s Zhongliang Holdings Group Co. Ltd. conducted further buybacks of its debt on the open market between July 22 and July 23, according to a company announcement.

The company repurchased $5 million of its 11½% notes due September 2021 and $1.5 million of its 9½% notes due July 2022.

Last week the company announced similar buybacks of the September 2021 notes and July 2022 notes as well as its 8½% notes due May 2022.

The company said it still intends, when appropriate and market conditions are right, to purchase additional notes.

Zhongliang is a residential property management company based in Shanghai.
