Lodha Developers calls remaining 14% secured notes due 2023

Lexington, Ky., Sept. 1 – Lodha Developers International Ltd. will early redeem the remaining $55 million of 14% senior secured notes due 2023 (ISIN: XS2125431101), according to a notice.

The notes will be redeemed at 100.25 plus interest on Sept. 12.

The redemption will total $55,137,000 excluding accrued interest.

Upon redemption, there will be no outstanding notes. The notes will be canceled and delisted.

The notes are guaranteed by Macrotech Developers Ltd.

The original issue size was $225 million.

Bank of New York Mellon, London Branch is trustee.

The real estate developer is based in Mumbai, India.
