By Sarah Lizee

Olympia, Wash., July 22 – Westfield Stratford City Finance plc plans to redeem its £750 million of commercial real estate loan-backed floating-rate notes due 2024, according to a notice.

The notes will be redeemed on Aug. 6.

The notes are subject to mandatory redemption from prepayment of funds. Westfield said that proceeds from the repayment of a £750 million term loan facility borrowed by Stratford City Shopping Centre (No. 1) LP will be used for the redemption.
