Sweden’s Oriflame marketing €775 million equivalent five-year secured notes in dollars and euros

Portland, Ore., July 22 – Sweden’s Oriflame Holding AG plans to sell €775 million equivalent of five-year senior secured notes, according to a market source.

The notes offered will come in dollar and euro denominations, with tranche sizes to be determined.

The company is expected to meet with investors during the early part of the July 22 week.

Goldman Sachs is leading the deal.

The notes come with two years of call protection.

The issuing entity will be Walnut Bidco plc.

Proceeds will be used to repay a bridge loan put in place for the purpose of taking the Stockholm-based cosmetics company private.
