DBRS rates Ontario Teachers notes AAA
DBRS said it finalized the provisional AAA rating on the Ontario Teachers’ Finance Trust’s U.S. dollar-denominated senior notes of $1.75 billion.
The notes have a coupon rate of 1.625% per annum and mature in 2024.
The notes are guaranteed by the Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan Board.
The trend is stable.
