Intrum to redeem floating-rate notes due 2022 at par on Aug. 1

Olympia, Wash., July 19 – Intrum AB (publ) issued a notice of conditional redemption for its €300 million senior floating-rate notes due 2022 and its SEK 3 billion senior floating-rate notes due 2022.

The notes will be redeemed on Aug. 1 at par plus accrued interest to the redemption date, subject to a financing condition.

The redemption price for the euro notes will be €300,371,875, and the redemption price for the Swedish krona notes will be SEK 3,003,895,834. Both prices reflect par plus accrued interest.

Intrum, formerly known as Intrum Justitia AB, is a Stockholm-based debt collector.
