New Issue: Sweden’s Intrum sells SEK 1 billion five-year floating-rate notes

Chicago, Sept. 2 – Sweden-based Intrum AB (Ba2/BB/BB) sold a SEK 1 billion issue of five-year floating-rate notes with a coupon of Stibor plus 330 basis points, according to a release.

Proceeds will be used to repay debt.

The notes are being issued under the company’s existing domestic medium-term note program.

The credit management company is based in Stockholm.
