New Issue: Kazakhstan’s Wholesale and Retail sells KZT 900 million 10½% seven-year bonds

Los Angeles, July 18 – Wholesale and Retail Trade Venture priced KZT 900 million of 10½% seven-year bonds at a special trading session held on Thursday, according to a Kazakhstan Stock Exchange notice.

The bonds were sold at a “clean” price of par to yield 10½%.

The amount placed represents 100% of the company’s planned issuance.

The Almaty, Kazakhstan-based issuer has registered to issue up to KZT 3.5 billion of the bonds.
