Los Angeles, July 18 – China’s NWD (MTN) Ltd. issued $950 million of 4 1/8% notes due 2029 guaranteed by New World Development Co. Ltd., according to a notice.
Citigroup, HSBC, Mizuho Securities, UBS and HeungKong Financial are the joint bookrunners and joint lead managers. Citigroup, HSBC, Mizuho Securities and UBS are also joint global coordinators.
The Regulation S notes were issued under the company’s $4 billion guaranteed medium-term note program.
New World Development is a Hong Kong-based conglomerate.
