Focus Financial launches refinancing of credit facility due 2024

Chicago, Nov. 11 – Focus Financial Partners Inc. launched a new credit facility refinancing of its existing first-lien term loan and revolver due 2024, according to a press release on Friday.

The company said it may also raise additional debt capital for general corporate purposes.

Focus expects the transaction to close in the fourth quarter and reaffirms its 3.5x to 4.5x net leverage ratio target.

Focus Financial is a New York-based partnership of independent, fiduciary wealth management firms.
