Voyager Aviation receives another exclusivity extension

Olympia, Wash., March 11 – Voyager Aviation Holdings, LLC received another extension of its exclusive periods to file and solicit votes on a Chapter 11 plan, according to an order filed Friday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.

The exclusive plan filing period was extended through May 22 and the exclusive solicitation period was extended through July 21.

The company said that since the court granted the debtors’ first exclusivity motion, the debtors have continued to negotiate, reconcile and reach agreements with key creditor constituencies in an effort to achieve confirmation of a fully consensual Chapter 11 plan that the debtors believe will provide significant value to their estates.

The Stamford, Conn.-based aviation investment firm and commercial aircraft leasing company filed bankruptcy on July 27, 2023 under Chapter 11 case number 23-11177.
