Voyager Aviation gets court approval to access cash collateral

Olympia, Wash., Sept. 7 – Voyager Aviation Holdings, LLC received court approval to access cash collateral, according to a final order filed with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.

The order provides adequate protection to the company’s prepetition secured parties.

The court said the debtors’ estates would be immediately and irreparably harmed if the final order wasn’t entered.

The Stamford, Conn.-based aviation investment firm and commercial aircraft leasing company filed bankruptcy on July 27 under Chapter 11 case number 23-11177.
