Hong Kong’s Citic to offer up to RMB 3 billion 10-, 15-year bonds

Los Angeles, July 12 – Citic Ltd. announced it plans to issue up to RMB 3 billion of bonds through wholly owned subsidiary Citic Corp. Ltd.

The bond tranche will be divided into two types: the first type will have a term of 10 years, and the second type will have a term of 15 years.

The bonds will be sold at par.

This will be the fourth tranche of bonds under the company’s RMB 50 billion bond program announced in July 2017.

Citic is a Hong Kong-based conglomerate that focuses on raw materials and infrastructure.
