Fitch rates Dalian Deta notes BBB-

Fitch Ratings said it published Dalian Deta Holding Co., Ltd.'s long-term foreign- and local-currency issuer default ratings at BBB-. The outlook is stable.

Fitch also assigned to the company a senior unsecured rating of BBB- and its proposed senior dollar notes an expected rating of BBB-.

The proposed notes will be directly issued by Dalian Deta and are rated at the same level as its issuer default rating as they will rank pari passu with all the company’s other unsecured and unsubordinated obligations, the agency said.
