Claris Finance 2008 redeems €44.45 million class B asset-backed notes

Tacoma, Wash., June 25 – Claris Finance 2008 Srl redeemed its €44.45 million class B asset-backed floating-rate notes due June 2055, according to a notice of redemption.

The notes were redeemed in full on the June 20 payment date.

The redemption was approved by all of the holders of the notes.

The issuer is based in Conegliano, Italy.
