China’s Southern Energy Holdings taps two banks to lead note offering

Columbus, Ohio, June 19 – Southern Energy Holdings Group Ltd. plans to begin a series of presentations to professional investors for an international offering of senior notes on Thursday, according to a notice.

CMBI and Standard Chartered Bank have been appointed as the joint global coordinators, joint bookrunners and joint lead managers for the Regulation S offering.

Proceeds would be used to refinance existing debt and for general corporate purposes.

Formerly China Unienergy Group Ltd. the company mines and sells coal products. It is based in Guiyang, China.
