New Issue: North Macedonia sells €700 million 1 5/8% seven-year notes at mid-swaps plus 205 bps

New York, March 3 – The Republic of North Macedonia, acting through its Ministry of Finance, priced €700 million of 1 5/8% notes due 2028 at a reoffering price of 98.432 for a yield of 1.866%, or a spread over mid-swaps of 205 basis points, according to a syndicate source.

Citigroup, Deutsche Bank, Erste Group and JPMorgan were joint bookrunners of the Rule 144A and Regulation S deal.
