Oslo Bors to repurchase NOK 137 million of bonds on change of control

By Rebecca Melvin

New York, July 9 – Oslo Bors VPS Holding ASA will repurchase NOK 137 million of the NOK 450 million bonds subject to a put option as a result of a change-of-control event, according to a notice filed with the London Stock Exchange.

The repurchase settlement will take place on July 15.

As previously reported, holders may require the issuer to purchase some or all of their bonds at 101 plus accrued interest after a change of control resulting from Euronext NV holding more than 50% of the outstanding shares and voting rights of Oslo Bors.
