New Issue: SovCom Capital sells $300 million 10½-year loan participation notes

Los Angeles, Oct. 1 – SovCom Capital DAC priced $300 million of 10½ loan participation notes at par, according to a notice.

The notes are non-callable for 5½ years.

The Dublin-based special purpose vehicle is issuing the bonds for Kostroma, Russia-based PJSC Sovcombank.

J.P. Morgan Securities plc, Citigroup Global Markets Ltd., UBS AG, GPB Financial Services Hong Kong Ltd., Sberbank CIB (UK) Ltd., VTB Capital plc and Renaissance Capital Ltd. are managers for the Regulation S and Rule 144A offering.
