Small Business Origination Loan Trust exercises clean-up call option

Chicago, May 31 – Small Business Original Loan Trust 2016-1 DAC announced the exercise of its clean-up call option for a series of notes on June 17, the next note payment date, in a press release.

The full redemption of the following series of notes will occur:

• £87,800,000 of class A notes;

• £6,100,000 of class B notes;

• £7,800,000 of class C notes;

• £6,300,000 of class D notes;

• £14,700,000 of class E notes; and

• £6,500,000 of class Z notes.
