Symphony XVIII to redeem $313.15 million class A notes

New York, July 15 – Symphony XVIII, Ltd./Symphony XVIII, LLC said it is redeeming its class A subordinated notes and issuing a replacement class of notes.

The notes will be refinanced on July 23.

The notes will be redeemed at the principal amount plus accrued interest for a total redemption price of $313,151,292.08.
