First Flexible (No. 7) to redeem class A, B, C notes on June 17

Tacoma, Wash., May 28 – First Flexible (No. 7) plc will redeem its class A, class B and class C mortgage-backed floating-rate notes due 2033 on June 17, according to a notice of early redemption.

The notes will be redeemed at their principal amount outstanding plus accrued interest to the optional redemption date.

The cash amount is £6,855,110 for the class A notes, £1,598,200 for the class B notes and £1,598,200 for the class C notes, or £10,051,510 in total.

First Flexible (No. 7) is located in Solihull, England.
