Spain’s Tendam to redeem two senior secured notes due 2024

Lexington, Ky., Oct. 4 – Tendam Brands SAU will redeem its 5% senior secured notes due 2024 (ISINs: XS1681773567, XS1681770464) and senior secured floating-rate notes due 2024 (ISINs: XS1681775000, XS1681774888) at par on Oct. 14, according to a notice Tuesday.

Accrued interest plus additional amounts, if any, will be paid.

Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch is the paying agent.

Deutsche Trustee Co. Ltd. is the trustee.

Deutsche Bank Luxembourg SA is the registrar.

The redemption is conditioned on the closing of the company’s new issue of senior secured notes due 2028 and the execution of a senior facilities agreement and utilization of the term loan under the agreement prior to the redemption date.

Tendam is an international fashion retailer with headquarters in Madrid.
