Newstar Commercial Loan Funding 2016-2 may redeem six classes of notes

New York, May 20 – Newstar Commercial Loan Funding 2016-2 LLC is notifying holders that it is exploring the possibly of an optional redemption by refinancing of its class A-1, A-2, B, C, D and E notes, according to a notice from collateral manager First Eagle Private Credit LLC.

The notes were issued under a March 2, 2016 indenture.
