Knoxville, Tenn., May 28 – Fellow Finance plc priced a €15 million private placement of 5.75% unsecured notes due May 29, 2022. The deal was announced May 10.
Evli Bank plc is the lead manager.
Proceeds will be used to refinance existing loans, to diversify financing sources, for business growth and for general corporate purposes.
Based in Helsinki, Finland, Fellow Finance provides crowdfunding services.
