Fellow Finance may price €15 million senior notes placement

Knoxville, Tenn., May 10 – Fellow Finance plc said it is considering a private placement of senior notes to raise around €15 million with an eye toward lowering the company’s average interest rate on debt.

Evli Bank plc will be the lead manager.

Proceeds will be used to refinance existing loans, to diversify financing sources, for business growth and for general corporate purposes.

Based in Helsinki, Finland, Fellow Finance provides crowdfunding services.
