EM-focused NEPI Newcastle sets banks, meetings for euro bonds

New York, May 8 – NEPI Newcastle plc has mandated banks and scheduled a series of fixed-income investor meetings regarding a prospective euro-denominated benchmark offering of senior bonds with an intermediate maturity, according to a syndicate source.

Deutsche Bank is global coordinator and joint bookrunner together with ING, Raiffeisen Bank International AG and Societe Generale as joint bookrunners to arrange the meetings that will be held in the United Kingdom and Europe starting on Wednesday.

A Regulation S offering will follow the meetings, subject to market conditions.

The owner and operator of commercial real estate in Central and Eastern Europe is based in the United Kingdom.
