Columbus, Ohio, Jan. 29 – Slovenia’s Nova Ljubljanska Banca, dd said it has collected orders for €120 million of 3.4% tier 2 notes to be issued at par on Feb. 5, according to a notice.
The notes will be callable in five years.
UBS Investment Bank organized the issue.
The lender is based in Ljubljana, Slovenia.
