New Issue: Slovenia’s NLB issues €120 million 3.65% 10-year tier 2 notes

Chicago, Nov. 26 – NLB dd, Ljubljana issued €120 million 3.65% subordinated tier 2 notes (BB) due Nov. 19, 2029, according to a notice.

The notes will be callable on Nov. 19, 2024.

The order book was in excess of €290 million.

Proceeds will be used for additional capital.

USB Europe SE and NLB organized the transaction.

The bank was last in the international debt markets in 2014.

The bank is based in Ljubljana, Slovenia.
