Slovenia’s NLB plans to sell 10-year tier 2 subordinated notes

Olympia, Wash., Nov. 4 – NLB dd, Ljubljana is planning to sell 10-year tier 2 subordinated notes callable after five years, according to an announcement.

The bank mandated UBS Investment Bank to arrange a series of fixed income investor meetings across Europe and a series of investor calls between Wednesday and Friday.

Subject to market conditions, the issue may follow.

The bank is based in Ljubljana, Slovenia.
