New Issue: Slovenia’s NLB issues €45 million 4.2% 10-year tier 2 notes at 99.1

Morgantown, W.Va., May 7 – NLB dd, Ljubljana issued €45 million of 10-year subordinated tier 2 notes on Monday at 99.1 with an initial coupon of 4.2%.
The notes are non-callable for the first five years. After that, the interest rate will reset to a fixed rate equal to the then applicable reference rate plus a fixed margin. The margin has been set at 415.9 basis points, according to a company announcement on Tuesday.
The bank is based in Ljubljana, Slovenia.
