Slovenia’s NLB plans offering of 10-year tier 2 subordinated notes

Los Angeles, Jan. 20 – NLB dd, Ljubljana plans to sell 10-year tier 2 subordinated notes callable after five years, according to a notice.

JPMorgan and NLB have been mandated as joint lead managers to arrange a series of fixed-income meetings ahead of the potential issuance. ING and UniCredit will act as senior co-lead managers.

The notes will be offered to eligible counterparties and professional clients outside the United States, subject to market conditions.

The bank is based in Ljubljana, Slovenia.
