Relation Insurance gets credit facilities for buyout by Aquiline

New York, April 29 – Relation Insurance Marketing got new senior secured credit facilities to back its acquisition by Aquiline Capital Partners, according to a market source.

Antares Capital, Ares and MidCap acted as the joint lead arrangers and bookrunners on the deal. Antares is the administrative agent, Ares is the syndication agent and MidCap is the documentation agent.

Relation Insurance is a Walnut Creek, Calif.-based insurance broker that offers risk-management and benefits-consulting services.
