New York, Oct. 21 – DaFa Properties Group Ltd. has priced a $130 million add-on to its 12 3/8% two-year senior notes (B3), according to a listing notice with the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Ltd.
The additional notes will be added on to the $150 million of 12 3/8% senior notes due 2022 that were issued by the company on July 30.
Credit Suisse (Hong Kong) Ltd., Guotai Junan Securities (Hong Kong) Ltd., Haitong International Securities Co. Ltd., Morgan Stanley & Co. International plc, BNP Paribas, HSBC Corp. Ltd. and China Galaxy International Securities (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. were bookrunners for the Regulation S offering.
The listing is expected to take effect on Thursday.
DaFa is a real estate developer based in Shanghai.
