CIFC Funding units appoint Deutsche Bank Trust as successor trustee

Olympia, Wash., April 24 – CIFC Funding 2016-I, Ltd./CIFC Funding 2016-I, LLC, CIFC Funding 2017-I, Ltd./CIFC Funding 2017-I, LLC, CIFC Funding 2017-II, Ltd./CIFC Funding 2017-II, LLC and CIFC Funding 2017-III, Ltd./CIFC Funding 2017-III, LLC executed supplemental indentures in order to appoint a new trustee, according to four separate notices.

Deutsche Bank Trust Co. Americas replaced U.S. Bank NA as trustee.

The change took effect on April 23.
