Omers offers seven-year notes; talk SOFR mid-swaps plus 91 bps area

Chicago, March 19 – Omers Finance Trust is on deck for pricing Tuesday an offering of dollar-denominated notes due March 26, 2031, according to a market source.

The notes are in the market with initial price talk in the SOFR mid-swaps plus 91 basis points area.

BMO, National Bank of Canada, Scotia and TD Securities are working as bookrunners on the Rule 144A and Regulation S deal that is also being distributed through 3C7.

Omers Finance is a Toronto-based financing arm of the Ontario Municipal Employees Retirement System.
