Lexington, Ky., Nov. 9 – Omers Finance Trust sold $1 billion of 5.5% 10-year notes on Wednesday in a Rule 144A and Regulation S offering, according to a market source.
The issue priced at SOFR mid-swaps plus 135 basis points or, alternatively, at Treasuries plus 99.4 bps. The notes priced on top of initial price talk.
As previously reported, bookrunners were BofA Securities, Inc., BMO Capital Markets Corp., CIBC and RBC Capital Markets LLC.
Omers Finance is a Toronto-based financing arm of the Ontario Municipal Employees Retirement System.
