New Issue: Export-Import Bank of Korea issues $500 million floaters due 2028

Lexington, Ky., Nov. 22 – Export-Import Bank of Korea, acting through its principal office in Korea, issued $500 million floating-rate notes due Nov. 21, 2028, according to a pricing supplement.

The notes, which were issued under the bank’s $35 billion global medium-term note program, priced at par and bear interest at SOFR plus 88 basis points.

The Regulation S notes will not be sold in China.

Standard Chartered Bank (Taiwan) Ltd. is the lead manager, with Credit Agricole CIB, Taipei Branch and Yuanta Securities Co., Ltd. as joint managers.

The notes were issued Nov. 21 and will be listed on the Singapore Exchange effective Nov. 22. The notes will also be listed on the Taipei Exchange.

The lender is based in Seoul.
