Olympia, Wash., Aug. 23 – Aphria Inc. intends to allocate $350 million of the capacity under a shelf prospectus to provide for the resale of convertible notes, according to a press release.

The filing of the shelf prospectus satisfies one of the company's contractual obligations to its syndicate of underwriters in connection with the $350 million of convertible senior notes issued by the company on April 23.

Aphria is a Leamington, Ont.-based global cannabis company.
