Knoxville, Tenn., April 9 – Sogn og Fjordane Energi AS arranged a NOK 400 million sale of two senior unsecured green bonds, according to a press release.
The company will sell a NOK 200 million five-year floating-rate bond and a NOK 200 million eight-year 2.85% bond.
The floaters accrued interest at Nibor plus 73 basis points.
Danske Bank is the manager.
Settlement of the five-year bonds is expected April 24, with the eight-year bonds scheduled to settle on April 26.
The power company is based in Sogn og Fjordane, Norway.
