Wallonne region hosts investor calls for green bond offering

Chicago, June 20 – Belgium’s Wallonne region (A3) is hosting investor calls through the end of the day on Tuesday for a new green bond offering, according to a market source.

A 15-year inaugural green euro-denominated benchmark transaction is the subject of the meetings.

HSBC, ING, Landesbank Baden-Wuerttemberg, Natixis and NatWest Markets have been mandated joint lead managers.

Proceeds will be used to finance and refinance green expenditures within the region.
