Helaba selects bookrunners for green non-preferred benchmark offer

Chicago, Jan. 25 – Landesbank Hessen-Thueringen Girozentrale (Helaba) (Aa3//A+) chose bookrunners for a benchmark offer of green senior non-preferred notes, according to a market source.

The size is expected to be €500 million.

Credit Agricole CIB, DZ Bank, Helaba, ING, NatWest Markets and UBS Investment Bank are the joint bookrunners for the upcoming transaction.

A second-party opinion on the green bond framework was provided by ISS ESG.

Based in Frankfurt, Helaba is a commercial bank.
